I have a win 10 pro machine with 21H2.Running chromeġ.115. Those are the weird things I've personally come across. Save to a non-disconnected drive and then copy to the disconnected drive and it works.
Netdrive connect network pdf#
When in a terminal session and you try and save a PDF it tells you the disk is full.No error message, just the file isn't there when you go to look for it. When in a terminal session and you try and save an Excel document to a disconnected drive, it just wont save.If you try and open another it just wont. You can only open 1 PDF file from a disconnected drive.I've tried just about every article on Spiceworks that I could find that was recent.Įdit: Weird symptoms when dealing with the disconnected drives: There were probably about 4 hours between the first screen shot, when the R: drive was ok and now, when the R: drive is showing as disconnected.ĭrive mapping is done via GPO preferences.

Right now I'm also seeing my R: drive as disconnected. It also seems to get worse as the days progress. If I right click on the drive and Disconnect I get: I also can't delete the drives via a net use /del F: I've read article after article, made change after change, however it still persists.Ī net use at the command prompt doesn't even show the F: drive or the M: drive being mapped. I'm embarrassed to say how many hours I've likely wasted on this. Some of my users are having their network drives show us "Disconnected Network Drive".
